There is perhaps no royal family more popular in the world currently than the house of Windsor, the ruling royals of the United Kingdoms since 1901. They have always hovered in the political machinations of the modern world even after abdicating their true power as monarchs after the advent of democracy. Most of them are the stuff of fairy tales and legends, the Lords and Ladies of Windsor, except for King Edward VIII.
From his unending series of romances to his short-termed reign as a King, Edward VIII has a troubling history. He voluntarily abdicated the throne for the love of his life. However, the most damning thing about him, which is often covered up in history, is his relationship with Adolf Hitler, the man who was single-handedly responsible for the holocaust.
